First Aid Workshop
Sat. March. 1st 10:00am-12:00pm and the Shaker Ward Building
Learn about: 
- basic first aid 
- how to know if you can handle it yourself or if you need to go to the doctor/hospital
- what you need to put in your first aid kit
- basic CPR techniques (certification will not be included in the class)
